Program

The 2017 SNEAPA Call for Session Proposals is here!

You can be a part of the 2017 Southern New England American Planning Association (SNEAPA) conference in Providence by organizing a conference session.  The conference draws up to 700 planners, architects, landscape architects, and other allied professionals. SNEAPA represents a great opportunity to remain current in professional knowledge and skills essential to planners, and for certified planners an opportunity to earn essential CM credits. Session selection is highly competitive – we encourage creative sessions with hands-on learning.

We encourage you to address these emerging issues to the extent that you can within your session proposals. This year’s conference will include six technical tracks. Session proposals should fit within one of the tracks. The six tracks are:
• Environmental Planning Sustainability.
• Transportation Planning and Infrastructure.
• Developing Consensus and Managing Conflicts in Planning.
• Redevelopment Planning.
• Social Programs and Planning for Healthy Communities.
• Planning for Economic Development and Housing.

Session Proposal Deadline: April 28, 2017 by 5PM
